A. Feasibility analysis, project planning includes 5 year proforma and the Development of a detailed Business Plan:
Financial feasibility analysis based on the scope of dialysis services to be offered, current and projected dialysis patient population, and projected capital needs. We provide consulting services designed to evaluate any existing facility operations, improve profitability, and ensure safety and compliance with State, Federal, and local regulations.
B. Facility development:
-Site Selection and Leasing services
-Affiliations with Architectural, Engineering & Building Construction

-Project management in conjunction with contractor or architect.
-Conversion of the proforma to a five year P&L for operations.
2. Dialysis Facility Management:
A. Drafting of organizational documents and all management services:
-Completion of applications or forms required by all regulatory agencies;
-All services will continue through the entire inspection process.
B. Hiring management and staff
-Training staff on the implementation of all policies and procedures
-Water Treatment and Biomedical oversight and development of monthly audit
tools
-Establishing Governing Body & Medical Staff Committees
3. Implementation of the new CfC Policies and Procedures:
A. Procedure development and/or implementation
-Program monitoring, audits, and evaluation
-Training and continuing education
-Guidance for implementing the Infection control regulations
-Physician Compliance program.
4. Quality Program and Analysis Techniques:
A. The Development of a facility specific program with all forms which can be
utilized for studies and tracking progress toward meeting quality (QAPI),
DOQI, CMS,and Network goals.
5. Ancillary Support Personnel:
A. Our team includes highly knowledgeable and skilled dialysis nurses, legal
experts in the renal industry, dialysis facility architects, engineers,
contractors, and bio-medical experts in dialysis equipment, water purification
