D. Sandy came to our company as an Administrative Consultant in 2006. At the time I was a staff nurse, but within a short time, with Sandy’s inspiration and mentoring, I was promoted to Director of Nursing. Transitioning from staff nurse to Director of Nursing would have been a daunting experience, but the patience, knowledge and experience that Sandy brought to the company made for a successful transition.
Sandy is energetic with an exceptional work ethic. She always makes herself available whenever questions arise. Sandy’s knowledge and experience were especially helpful when updating our Policies and Procedures relating to the new Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities. Sandy is a valuable resource to our organization and will be so for yours as well. Director of Nursing -Dialysis at Home Inc./Personal Dialysis Inc.

A.... I have known Sandra Fritzsch for over 30 years and have worked with her in practically all areas of dialysis in a variety of different positions. Sandra's first administrative role was in the management of a large peritoneal dialysis program which eventually grew to 100 patients. She then took over the management of the entire dialysis program in a hospital serving 150 hemo patients. Following that she moved into dialysis development and has been instrumental in the success of numerous dialysis facilities over the years, including one of which I was an owner and medical director. Sandy knows her stuff as might be gathered by her extensive experience in the different disciplines and at different levels. She is the most committed and energetic dialysis developer I have ever seen. Sandy will not accept failure and, indeed, on the dialysis front has not had to experience it either. From quality control to finances she understands what tools need to be in place to assure success. If I had the opportunity to develop another dialysis operation, I would definitely use her.

B. ...... I have yet to meet anyone who has more experience in the development, certification, construction and management of a dialysis facility than Sandy. She is extremely professional, meticulous and is a perfectionist in her work. She is very systematic in her approach hence leaving no room for errors or delay. One of the things we value most about Sandy is that she is always available, working at night or on weekends when we need her. Without a doubt, Home Dialysis of North Atlanta would not exist without Sandy Fritzsch.

C........Sandy has been managing our unit since July of 2010. She helped re-organize clinical processes and streamline the management of the unit into an efficient operation. She is very responsive to the staff as well as the physicians in the unit. She is accessible early in the morning or late at night as the case might warrant . We have had other managers and consultants but Sandy brings in tremendous energy and dedication to her work and her work ethics is unparalleled in my experience. Sandy strikes an amazing balance in advocating for staff, physicians and the company at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend her, without any reservations, as consultant or manager to any independent dialysis unit in the future.

D.............I became re-acquainted with Sandra Fritzsch in April 2011. Sandy helped us develop Choice Home Dialysis, an independent home dialysis facility providing Peritoneal Dialysis training and support services and Home Hemo Dialysis training and support services. The clinic became fully operational on October 2011.
Sandy has the right combination of persistence, perseverance, and professionalism in starting up a dialysis unit. She is not only very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations that govern this industry; she networks well to bring about necessary actions to make things happen in a timely fashion. In every step of the process, from applications, architectural planning, contracting, credentialing etc. she was there with the expertise to get the job done. She is very accessible, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her services.
Sandy is a methodical person with numerous talents and self discipline. She is enthusiastic, trusting and trustworthy. We will continue to use her services in the future.
